Application
It is used for produce various plastic sheet of PS (polystyrene) or PP/HIPS (polypropylene), which can be widely used for produce
plastic cup, plastic bowl, plastic tray and blister, stationery packing manufacture forming.
Features

Machine working process
- Pre-drying the raw materials;
- Heating, conveying and compressing of granular materials by screw and barrel;
- Well-mixed and average melting raw material is sent to fliter;
- Melt in the die head and stable extruding from die head with pressure;
- Film sheet molding;
- Four-calenders to sheet pressing, cooling and shaping;
- Cutting waste edge to required width;
- Convey sheet by natural cooling;
- Double rewinding sheet rolls by constant tension;
